Yes great warmers, stay warm for hours.
I personaly activate them as i leave the house and put them in my golf shoes as they take 30mins to warm up/no more cold shoes anymore then put them into the gloves on the way out to the first tee. easy.
I have tried various makes of 'hand warmers' over the past few years, but have found that these are the most effective as they last a full 18holes of golf & would recommend them to anyone, particularly if you suffer with arthritis like i do. Mike.
