118Golf.co.uk will match 100% of a published price on a stocked item PLUS an additional 18% of the difference from a competing web site on any identical, in-stock item.*
Just show us the lower price within 30 days after purchasing the product from us and we'll refund the purchase difference plus 18 percent of the difference as a credit to your account. This policy does not extend to promotional giveaways, Ebay, or special and limited offers.
For new Low Price Guarantee requests:
Please email us at customer.services@118golf.co.uk and we will deal with your request within 12 working hours. If available, your current 118Golf account number will help, but is not necessary.
In you email please supply us with the competing web site address (preferably the specific product page URL) for our representative to verify the online pricing and product description (brand name and all relative specifications). If the competing site is an authorised manafacturers outlet, featuring an in-stock item, we'll match their price PLUS 18 percent of the difference and we will call you to complete your order. We will honor the price shown on the website address you have supplied on the day of your intended purchase.
Remember, when purchasing online it is important to only purchase items from an authorised seller. Purchases from a 3rd party do not carry the original manufacture warranty and may be used or gray market product.
*Due to manufacturer restrictions, select items from the following are excluded from this Low Price Guarantee: golf clubs assembled from components, special orders, and closeout items. The "Low Price Guarantee" only applies to competitors who are authorised sellers in europe.

- Phone number
- Email address
- Order number and / or customer account number in question
- Competitor's published price
- Product description (brand name and all relative specifications)
- Competitor's web site address (preferably the specific page URL the product is located on), or a copy of the advertisement

Please note that when we check a competitors site with the information you provide, we compare the total cost of the product incuding delivery. Many of our competitors charge delivery on top of their advertised prices.
