EYELINE GATE TRAINER
Starting the ball on the intended target line is the most important step in making putts.
EYELINE GATE TRAINER FEATURES:
Tour players and great teachers use tees to set up "gates" for the putter and the ball. They know:
- If the putter swings through the tees, then their putter is on path.
- If the ball travels through the "ball gate" then the face is square
at impact.
Setting up the drills must be accurate, and it is time consuming.
The Gate Trainer allows you to set up the drills in seconds!
1st - Align the Gate Trainer to the target
2nd - Use the slots or marks on the Gate Trainer to set up gates for the putter and/or ball
3rd - Remove the Gate Trainer and start your practice
The Gate Trainer can be used with the Putting Alignment Mirror, Putting Plane Alignment System or Standalone.
Using it with a mirror helps you with consistent setup: eyes over the ball, shoulder alignment, and putter face square at address. Align the red lines of the Gate Trainer to the red lines of either our Putting Alignment System or Putting Alignment Mirror. (Mirrors sold separately)
