We despatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday, except for Bank Holidays and National Holidays.

If you have selected a next day delivery option for example, and you order is placed before 3 PM on a Monday your order should be delivered on Tuesday the following day.

If you have selected a next day delivery option on a Friday or UK National Holiday, before 3PM, your order will be delivered on Monday the next working day.

UK NATIONAL HOLIDAYS FOR 2009
When the usual date of a bank or public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a 'substitute day' is given, normally the following Monday. For example in 2009, Boxing Day is actually on Saturday, 26 December, so there is a substitute bank holiday on Monday, 28 December.
