Hybrids are easier to hit long iron replacement clubs with compact head shapes to launch the ball from a variety of lies. Hollow irons have the shape of a traditional iron at address but bring the tremendous 360 degree perimeter weighting advantages of a large internal cavity wide sole, low CG and deep perimeter weighted cavity for accurate mid to short iron shots from the fairway or around the green.
