Returning your goods to 118Golf
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. Refunds are made to the original purchase method i.e. if you paid by credit card we will refund against the same credit card. Refunds for Paypal payments will be made against your Paypal account.
We know that returning goods is a pain, so we will try to keep it as hassle free as possible for you,
1. Use the packing note / delivery note to let us know what you want to do - i.e. exchange for different size / colour or returning for a refund. If you don't have the original packing note just include one of your own. Put this note inside the box. The note should include your name, address, your original order number and what you want to do i.e.exchange / refund.

2. Use an appropriate postal service that reflects the value of the goods. Low value items can be send via the standard postal service, higher value goods should be sent via recorded delivery or some other tracked service. For high value goods you should consider insuring the item. Please send your returned goods to:

PLEASE NOTE: WE RECCOMEND THAT YOU USE THE 2ND CLASS RECORDED ROYAL MAIL SERVICE TO RETURN GOODS TO US AS THE MAXIMUM WE ARE ABLE TO REFUND YOU FOR THE COST OF RETURNING TO US IS £5.00. PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND WHEN SELECTING A POSTAL SERVICE/COURIER.
3. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. We will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your account.
4. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
5. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
